O Telefone é um equipamento que permite aos jogadores checar os horários e o inventário, das lojas.[1] Pode ser comprado na Carpintaria por data-sort-value="2000">2 000 ourose ser colocado em qualquer lugar, em Stardew Valley, seja dentro ou fora de casa.
Você pode receber: ligações fraudelentas; chamadas do urso; do Vincente; do Lewis; do Pierre; do Rato dos Chapéus; e até mesmo em uma linguagem estrangeira que você não pode entender.[2]
Ligar para um comerciante não afeta os pontos de amizade, além de não contar como conversar com o aldeão durante o dia.

Comerciantes (ou suas secretárias eletrônicas) irão contar ao jogador seus horários do dia; o jogador pode escolher opções adicionais a depender da loja. As respostas da secretária eletrônica irão variar caso o comerciante esteja ocupado, em dias de festival etc.[3]
