:There is a way, but I would have to involve the other Admin and the server people to create a new group, and you'd be the only one in it.
:There is a workaround, though, you can create the new page (by copy/pasting the old page to the new title), and then change the old page to be a redirect to the new page. (And drop me a note, so I can be obsessive and direct-link from the other languages instead of relying on a redirect). :D
