Isca can be bought at the Peixaria for 5 ouros each, crafted, or found in Fishing Treasure Chests. Thirty isca are the reward for completing the 
Conjunto Peixes de Rio no Aquário.
Isca cannot be used with the Vara de bambu. Only the Vara de fibra de vidro (unlocked at Pesca skill level 2) or the Vara de irídio (unlocked at Pesca skill level 6) can use bait.
Usage
Requires: 
Vara de fibra de vidro or 
Vara de irídio
To attach the bait to your rod, left-click the isca in your backpack (or right-click to pick up a single one), then right-click the vara.
On an Xbox controller, press A on the isca to select the whole stack (or X to pick up a single one), then X to attach to the vara.
Only one isca will be consumed per use. The remaining isca can be detached by right-clicking the vaca in your backpack or pressing X on the Controller.
Effect
Using isca with your fishing rod reduces the delay before a nibble by 50%.
